- Description: Perennial plant with yellow flowers.
The leaves are small in the time of flowering, later in the summertime they grow bigger. The stalk
is hollow. - Ecology: Blooms over the early spring. It is an abundant hygrophilous plant that grows on river coasts and springs, in riparian forests and humid meadows.
- Use: In the folk medicine it has been used as
laxative and diuretic agent. - Interesting facts: It is slightly poisonous.
